The view of the caldera was fantastic. The rooms were fun and the hotel is set in a serene and quiet area. It was very close to the main town of Fira, so it offered us the opportunity to see that wonderful town within a short walk or ride. The sunsets were amazing from our front "porch". You could also see the enchanted town of Oia, as well as the multiple cruise ships that illuminate the sea in the evening. The employees at the hotel were very helpful and the breakfast is something to look forward to. This is definetly a place to bring someone you care about.

Both the man-made and the natural (views) aspects of the hotel cannot be more beautiful. Breathtaking. It is very well maintained. The staff are wonderfully helpful and kind. It is located on a very steep cliff, clinging to it. Therefore you must be prepared to go up and down stairs a lot. Our room was 82 steps down from the reception and breakfast room, both of which were about 40 steps down from the street level. The only mild complaint is that the double beds are not really very wide for 2 people. P.S. The staff help you take your luggage up and down all these stairs.

We arrived in Santorini on our Honeymoon and we were swept away by the island's beauty, but it was the Heliotopos staff's hospitality that truly made us feel welcome! The hotel was truly great, full of awesome people always willing to help! Oh, and the sunset from here is absolutely breath-taking! We can only hope to come back soon!!!

This place was beyond my wildest dreams. The amazing view stole my breath away and even more did the excellent help that was given by you at Heliotopos. Thank you sooooooooooooo much.

My wife and I recently got back from spending our honeymoon there (arrived July 3rd, left July 9th; we're still suffering from paradise withdrawal and timezone shifts), and I just wanted to thank everyone there for making our stay a very special experience. We have never been treated so well by hotel staff, as you treated us. The rooms were always clean (in fact, we're not sure how the maids snuck in so fast sometimes), the breakfast was always amazingly delicious, and everyone went out of their way to make sure our stay was as wonderful as possible.  We still see that breathtaking view every time we close our eyes, and wonder why it's not there when we open them. When we find ourselves back on Santorini, there's no question that we'd want to stay at Heliotopos again.
Thank you for making our Honeymoon one full of precious memories.

This hotel was amazing. The people that worked there were extremely friendly. The breakfasts that they had every morning were amazing! Our room was cleaned twice a day, and since were were on our honeymoon, we had a lovely bottle of wine waiting for us when we arrived. They had a complimentary access point to check emails and stuff, which was really nice. But the best part about our room was the view. We were about to see the sunset and sunrise every day which was such a beautiful sight. Thatís one of the main attractions in Santorini! I would love to stay at this hotel again. I only wish that they were able to book day trips and excursions there, but they recommend a place that isnít far from the hotel. The beds were really comfortable and the service we received was excellent! We canít wait to go back!

We went there at the begining of May when things arenít busy and itís a bit windy. We had gorgeous view from our windows - the room consisted in fact of a bedroom/bath downstairs and a living with small balcony upstairs (gorgeous place to have your coffee in the morning...) We were also invited to a complimentary wine tasting that was great! Would go back!
