All of our rooms are different and unique – just like our guests. Each room has individual layout and size and is decorated with original paintings, embroidery and objects of art. The photos that follow are examples of each room category.
Each suite and studio is exclusively private and feature a private balcony.
Choice of Room
All of our rooms are different. Because our accommodations are located in a traditional building following the Santorinian architecture, the rooms vary in size, shape and location.The pictures shown here are examples of our rooms. You will be accommodated according to the the room type you have chosen when you book. If you have a particular request or question, please feel free to call us. We’ll be glad to help you select the perfect room, in the perfect spot.

Room Types
There are 2 cave suites in the property, with mostly the same characteristics. The main difference is the architecture of the room, and the double bed, which is built in a cove in one room and not the other! Both rooms have their own balcony, renovated bathroom, kitchenette and room amenities.
Base Occupancy 2, Maximum Occupancy 3 (beds: one double and one single)
A single level studio with a private balcony overlooking the caldera! A spacious room with amazing facilities that will fit your family or group of friends and still leave space to roam around the room and relax!
Maximum Occupancy 4 (beds: one double and two singles)
There are 3 Family Suites in our property. While all of them have a loft inside, they are very different to each other! A natural cave with big history, a quirky room with stairs and corners and a wooden loft, and a lean sunny room on the pool level, all share characteristics such as big balconies, picturesque views of the caldera and sunset and cozy stays in large spaces. The choice of Family Suite per reservation is made automatically from our system, but if you have a preference feel free to share and we will do our best to allocate you in your preferred room!
Maximum Occupancy 4 (beds: one double and two singles or two doubles)
Our Premium Family Suite is a 2-storey house with a small private balcony on each level. Overlooking the sea, caldera cliffs and sunset on a 150 angle degree view, you will want to stay on your balcony for ever! The upper level of the room (entrance) has 2 single built beds which are converted to sofas if not used, and the mini bar. In the lower level you will find a queen sized bed and the bathroom. Each level has its own a/c unit.
Maximum Occupancy 4 (beds: one double and two singles)
There are 3 Suites Sea View in our property. All of them are very different to each other! A 2-storey suite, a cozy suite with the bed in a cove and a window on your feet, and a larger suite with a big bathroom and king sized bed. With their own unique character, you will enjoy a relaxing stay in the rooms with a view from the top of the world! The choice of suite sea view per reservation is made automatically from our system, but if you have a preference feel free to share and we will do our best to allocate you in your preferred room!
Base Occupancy 2, Maximum Occupancy 3 (beds: one double and one single)
Enjoy the benefits of 2 separate rooms connected together with a small tunnel! These natural caves include two balconies, two kitchenettes, two bathrooms and separate bedrooms/living areas for your family or friend group to enjoy some privacy while still living in the same room!
Maximum Occupancy 6 (beds: two doubles and two singles)
This private villa is the perfect option for groups of 6-10 persons travelling to Santorini. It is located inside Heliotopos Hotel, in Imerovigli, and consists of 3 studios on the same level, sharing a terrace. 2 of them are natural caves, sleeping up to 3 pax each and are (optionally) interconnected. The other one is a 2-story house, with a small balcony on each level. All of them and the terrace offer stunning views of the caldera and the famous Santorini sunset. All hotel services, including access to the common pool and a round of cocktails every evening, are available to you and included in the price. Optional breakfast and private dinner can be arranged upon request.
The villa is a great option for those looking for privacy and true island luxury during their stay in Santorini.
